IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately. All order discrepancies including shortages, damages, or artwork/printing issues must be reported to orders@inkspotstl.com within 5 days. Please do not discard any packaging or products until claim is resolved.

The Ink Spot, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs due to improper storage after delivery. Printed materials are sensitive to environmental conditions such as:
o Excessive heat or cold
o Rapid temperature fluctuations
These factors can cause warping, discoloration, or other issues. To maintain the integrity of your order, store items in a cool, dry, and stable environment immediately upon receipt.
